Admissions and Enrollment
Admission Philosophy
Attendance at Bread of Life Christian Academy is a privilege and a partnership. The academy works with families who are willing to support its Christian mission, policies, academic procedures, and standards of conduct.
Admission Process
Family inquiry and school tour or information meeting.
Parent interview with academy leadership to discuss expectations, curriculum, tuition, and student needs.
Completion of application forms and submission of required documents.
Diagnostic testing or placement assessment for each student.
Review of acceptance, tuition agreement, and payment plan.
Parent and student review of the handbook and signed acknowledgment forms.
Final acceptance and classroom placement, subject to available space and readiness.
Enrollment Priority
Because the academy is planning around a small enrollment model, completed applications and paid registration fees will help determine available spaces. A submitted application does not guarantee acceptance until confirmed by the administration.
Documents Requested
Completed enrollment application.
Recent report card or academic records, if available.
Health or allergy information relevant to school safety.
Emergency contact information.
Pastoral reference or church reference.
Signed parent and student handbook acknowledgment forms.
Diagnostic Testing
Students may complete diagnostic testing before final placement. The purpose of testing is not to label a child but to help the academy identify the student’s current level of mastery, strengths, gaps, and the most appropriate starting point for learning.
Probationary Period
New students may be accepted on a probationary basis for the first six weeks of attendance. During this time, the academy will assess academic fit, classroom behavior, family cooperation, and the student’s ability to function within the school environment.
